A Commitment to Training

It’s hard to find people right now who want to work. Once you get them it’s hard to keep them.

And it starts with you. It takes your willingness to expose your core-values to others and to be consistently consistent in your dealings and interactions with others.

Respect the people you are investing Training in. If they are on the receiving end of your respect, it will be recognized over time. For some that recognition will be immediate. For others it might take longer. But overwhelmingly, those you have been and are currently working with, will recognize that you see them as an investment, (you extend value) capable of generating an ROI for the Company and for Them.

I stumbled onto a list of “words”. I hope you find usefulness in them too. (I don’t think the order is etched in stone either.)

  1. Believe in Yourself (Believe you can and you will.)

  2. Stay Strong. (Dream, Believe, Achieve.)

  3. Never Give Up. (A little progress each day adds up to big results.)

  4. Be Grateful. (A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles.)

  5. Work Hard. (Good things come to those who hustle.)

  6. Stay Humble. (Work hard in silence, let success make the noise.)

  7. Be Kind. (Kindness makes you the most beautiful.)

  8. Keep Smiling. (Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful.)

When it comes to “growing people”: Honor your commitment to Training others. Cherish the results you bring to light. Build a legacy for being able to get more things done by directing others than you could ever do alone.
